Juventus and USMNT star Timothy Weah enjoyed the perks off the off-season after swapping shirts with baseball star Francisco Lindor at Citi Field.

    Following the conclusion of the Serie A season for Juventus, United States international Weah was back in New York to watch the New York Mets face the Los Angeles Dodgers on Tuesday. Before the contest, which the visitors won 3-0, the 24-year-old met baseball shortstop Lindor on the Mets' hallowed turf.

    Baseball aside, Weah has had a mediocre season for Juventus. He bagged just one assist in 30 Serie A games and started just 13 matches in all competitions. The American may have to move elsewhere to play regularly and improve his form.

    Now that Juventus' season is over, which ended in a Coppa Italia win over Atalanta, Weah will prepare for the USMNT's upcoming friendly matches against Colombia on June 8 and Brazil on June 12 respectively.
